Safety Committee
Our Safety Committee is comprised of members of our management team, as well as some of our foremen, journeymen and apprentices. The purpose of our Safety Committee is to regularly bring workers and management together in a cooperative effort to communicate and to promote occupational safety and health in the workplace. It’s an opportunity to assist Arrow Electric and make recommendations for improvements regarding safety issues. We actively look at current site inspection reports to identify ways to improve our safety practices. We also discuss any recent accidents, incidents, and/or injuries to develop a course of action to ensure that our employees are properly trained and performing in their duties as safely as possible. Our Committee meets once per month and undergoes a yearly certification process.
